Product warranty activation
This form must be completed by the end customer after the installation has been successfully finished. We would recommend that you do this in the presence of the lead assembler.
By submitting the form, you confirm that:
- All products have been delivered and installed in good condition
- There are no visible faults or issues
Please note:
- A separate form must be submitted for each individual product.
- Once submitted, the form activates your product warranty period and is stored by Taiga for the duration of the warranty.
- By activating the warranty, you also become eligible for the Taiga Cycle program — our circular initiative supporting product reuse and sustainable workplace solutions.
